Apple cider vinegar, from cider made from freshly squeezed apples, and a high percentage of apple juice concentrate ensure the intense fruity flavour of our Apple Balsamic Vinegar. With an acidity of 5%, our Apple Balsamic Vinegar is pleasantly mild, making it perfect for fresh salads, vegetables and light sauces and dips. The fruity sweetness of sun-ripened apples gives it its natural flavour.
