Every new product starts as an idea developed in response to specific questions: what are the latest trends? Which sophisticated creations and natural recipes excite our customers? How do we turn something ordinary into something exceptionally good?

 

 

Production

In the next step, we screen the product ideas created during discussions and workshops. This turns concepts written on paper into specific propositions. It involves producing a wide range of samples, which we taste and evaluate. In the course of this process, we emphasise subtle flavours and keep honing our recipes. By the way: even during product development, we only ever use natural raw materials.

Once we are satisfied with the flavours of our samples, the most promising recipes go into industrial production. Our Mövenpick Competence Centre contains pilot systems that simulate the industrial processes on a small scale. This allows us to adapt our recipes carefully to the industrial environment and ensure that the Mövenpick vision retains its unmistakable character even in industrial production.
